It turns out nudity wasn't the reason the original blog was deleted, the Rapdigator links were the problem.
A few days after this new blog went online, a malicious content warning was placed on the new blog
despite there being no nudity in the new blog.
Blogger has tools to determine problems with blogs which indicated the links in the blog were problematic.
I converted what were then Rapidgator links to Filefactory ones and asked for a review of the blog.
Within a day, the message came back that the blog was now clean and the malicious content warning was removed.
The adult material warning continues of course.
